Michael Urban has been trained as a chef in starred kitchens such as „Sölring Hof“ or „Königshof“. He then completed a business administration degree in Munich. „Michi“ Urban has grown up in the restaurant industry, his father Alexander Urban has made the „Klostergasthof“ in Andechs to a culinary meeting spot.

Lilian Schumann has been trained as a cook in the star restaurant „Bülow Palais“ in Dresden. Other stations: „Carpe Diem“ in Salzburg, „Tantris Wine Bar“ in Munich. „Lili“ Schumann and her kitchen team have the ambition to live their creativity from breakfast eggs to seven-course meals.
