MICHAEL URBAN
RESTAURATEUR
Michael Urban has been trained as a chef in starred kitchens such as “Sölring Hof” or “Königshof”. He then completed a business administration degree in Munich. “Michi” Urban has grown up in the restaurant industry, his father Alexander Urban has made the “Klostergasthof” in Andechs to a culinary meeting spot.

 

 

 

LILIAN SCHUMANN
Chef De Cuisine
Lilian Schumann has been trained as a cook in the star restaurant “Bülow Palais” in Dresden. Other stations: “Carpe Diem” in Salzburg, “Tantris Wine Bar” in Munich. “Lili” Schumann and her kitchen team have the ambition to live their creativity from breakfast eggs to seven-course meals.
